I use get_field(changeset, field) but what if this field is an association how do I get the associated foreign key?
Broham, one piece of advice: you will learn more if you try things out and read the docs. Not to say you shouldn’t ask questions, but I see > 10 questions asking how to do X without much more substance than that. Posting with the results of your reading/experimenting will yield more fruitful discussions.

I’ve looked into the docs and there is nothing my idea is just to add "_id" to the association name,
and I’m asking for fun, why do you link a person’s career with the question? maybe careers are better found somewhere else
