Is cowboy now included in plug?

Noob question, I’m just starting with Elixir & jumping into strange things before mastering the basics.
Is cowboy now included in plug? I see it is now included as a dependency as :plug_cowboy

No, Plug is included in Plug.Cowboy, not other way around. You still can implement Plug for any other web server.
