Is it possible to make an Openstreetmap Server using Phoenix LiveView?

I joined a hackathon to build a maps server as an alternative to Google Maps.

It should be able to do GPS tracking. For example, users have a mobile app that sends GPS updates to the server so the admin can see the users’ location in real time.

Can Phoenix LiveView do it? I saw LiveMap — live_map v0.0.1 – is that a start?

If you use LiveBook based approach, you won’t even have to build the entire app for hackathon!!

As it’s made for business intelligence type of stuff!
