Is it possible to replace production databases like Postgresql and Redis with the OTP databases?

For a global audience app with usage of say, 300 million unique visitors per day to 3 billion plus?

Has anyone done this?

Is it worth doing?

Personally, I’d stick with Postgres until you have metrics showing it isn’t handling the load.
