Did not see this until I watched @sasajuric talk The Soul of Erlang today.
I do feel rather sad, in an unusual way.
And now my secret hope of one day pair @joeerl with Nassim Taleb to get the ultimate discussion on resilience is all gone.
In my opinion his most outstanding feat is that he managed to establish an alternative view on resilience far outside the main stream. It is still an undeniable fact that typesafety does not protect against lightning.
