Learning resources for automated program repairs with Elixir?

I am new to ELIXIR and dont know much about it. I want to use it for academic purpose and want to know that how I can use it for bug repairs? are there some learning resources available for that? I have seen only open paper on it from http://program-repair.org

https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8115675/

Judging by the paper’s abstract, I don’t think it is related to elixir-the-language …

This work is motivated by the pervasive use of method invocations in object-oriented (OO) programs, and indeed their prevalence in patches of OO-program bugs. We propose a generate-and-validate repair technique, called ELIXIR designed to be able to generate such patches.

I think it’s for java.

So ELIXIR language is different from the ELIXIR tool that finds bugs?

Yes, it seems so.

There are even elixir strings that are meant to be used on a guitar.
