I had made a Phoenix app with a LiveView view with a form with one input and a submit button, however the form did not work for a colleague of mine on his mac no matter what browser he tried and even if the turned off all of his extensions. Ultimately, it turned out that the Screen Time - Content & Privacy - Content & Privacy Restrictions were turned on and they were causing this problem.
I am not sure if it happens for other LiveView-related functionality as well. The view itself seemed to be updating normally also.
