Need List of beginner friendly elixir projects

Are there any beginner friendly Elixir projects that we could add to the list here?

I would be interested in this too. I’m not able to contribute yet, but I’d like to see a project that follows community standards and is on the easy side of complexity.

Introduction After some discussion with a few other members we thought it might be an idea to start a thread where we can post about libraries or tools that we feel are missing.
