The thing is, that Hex depends on Erlang/Elixir packages, so I have the job to port them over to Pacman. I found this, which is probably easier to port, since it use a very similar standard: https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages
Can you elaborate on what http://kaosx.tk/packages/ actually is? I don’t know what that is, nor what pacman is, nor what you’re trying to do.

We probably need a bit more information on exactly what you’re trying to do. If you’re trying to port them over to Arch packages then you’ll need the packages from hex.pm to be in release/binary format correct? I don’t think you want a package to install code do you?
