Open Source implementation of Open Banking API

Looking to build a secured, compliant open source implementation of Open Banking API for the UK. Not sure if there is already an implementation that I can extend.

Would love to connect with others who would like to join to build it. Also, point me to open source implementations that are out there to consider.
