Is there an easy way to setup a password-protected ex_doc site? Ideally access would be restricted based on Github membership to the repository that generated the docs. I know it’s possible with hex.pm teams but I don’t think it’s worth it to pay $7/mo if we only want to use the documentation feature.
ex_doc just generates static HTML, so you could host it about anywhere yourself for much less than $7/mo even. 
Why not host it in your server and put HTTP basic auth in front of the site?
