Job title: Senior Software Engineer
Salary range: ~13000PLN/mo gross on regular employment contract, ~15000PLN+VAT/mo on B2B contract

Position on remote work: you need to work from StepStone’s office in Warsaw. At your manager’s discretion you can occasionally work from home (you will be provided with a laptop for that).
Qualifications or experience required: You should have some experience with Elixir (preferably Phoenix). Other than that you should have experience in RDBMS (PostgreSQL), web servers (nginx), RESTful APIs and Websockets.

About the interview process

Your first step is to send your CV to me at michal.jarosz@stepstone.com
I am going to pass it on to our HR departament which will contact you in order to arrange a meeting at our office or a remote interview.
The interview itself would involve a meeting with your prospective team leader and another one with a person from HR. All in all it shouldn’t take more than 60-90 minutes. Expect a chat, not an exam.

I’m not so pro, but I’m in Poland, already know and have some small (but in real projects) experience with Ruby (RoR 3 and 4) and Elixir.
