Problems changing offset in fwup
Hi everyone, I have some questions about fwup. I have a production device, and I want to do an update, but in the update I had to modify the ROOTFS_A_PART_COUNT , increasing it because of new libs and packages. Because it affects APP_PART_OFFSET in effect.
Now testing locally, the user part is formatted from scratch, so the device loses the wifi settings (saved using vintage_net_wizard on site), among others.
So I don’t want to do an update and have the device remotely be disconnected. What do you recommend to fix this or some other alternative? I will be grateful for the help.
