Realm_osint_ex - an osint tool to gather information about microsoft tenants associated with a domain

Hey everyone,

As part of an ongoing effort to port a large amount of tooling from python to elixir at my day job i’m happy to announce a new library called realm_osint_ex, it is a library that can help check the existence of a M365 tenant for a domain and give back all the information we can glean based on the apis Microsoft makes open and available. This can help you check the status of domains you own, or as part of a third-party risk assessment for your companies. I plan to add some helper functions down the line but let me know what you think, feel free to contribute, or tell me about some of the helpers you would like to see. A huge thank you to @chgeuer who made the first pr, and let me know that the xml endpoints actually provide a bit more information that the json endpoints. Hope this can be useful to someone else other than me
