RSS feed for Hex.pm?

Is there a way to get an RSS feed for new and updated packages on Hex.pm?

I don’t believe this is possible with the current version of Hex.PM, but I think this would be a great feature to add!

Hex.pm has an HTTP API to retrieve this information but currently no RSS feed. If someone wants to work on this the codebase is here: https://github.com/hexpm/hexpm.
