Job title: Senior Fullstack Engineer
Job description:
You’ll help us modernize our auction platform, build new event-driven services where we want to make Elixir/Phoenix the heart of it. And contribute to core features across bidding, car data, and integrations with national services.
This is a fullstack role, but we’re open to backend-heavy or frontend-heavy candidates who are willing to grow across the stack.
Salary range: Competitive, based on experience (discussed in interview)
Qualifications or experience required:
- 7+ years of professional development experience
- Elixir/Phoenix experience or strong interest + functional programming background
- Solid skills in Postgres, Redis, and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Experience with React, Next.js or modern frontend frameworks is a plus
- Professional working proficiency in Norwegian is preferred
- You must be based in Oslo or willing to work on-site most days of the week
What the successful job applicant will be working on:
- Our car auction engine (used for 2,000+ monthly sales)
- Services around bidding, user flows, payments, and dealer tools
- Integrations with public and private APIs (NAF, Statens Vegvesen, BRREG, etc.)
- The event-driven backend powering our new system
- Exploring use of AI for smarter pricing and automation
Position on remote work
Remote job: Partially
Remote restrictions: Must be based in Oslo or able to work from our Oslo office most of the week
Remote leeway: You may work remotely 2-3 days a week

We believe in in-person collaboration for architectural planning and tight feedback loops. That said, we’re flexible and trust our engineers to manage their workdays.
