Since when has iex -S mix started behaving like iex -S mix phx.server?

I just noticed that iex -S mix behaved like iex -S mix phx.server. When did this change come?

Did you add config MyAppWeb.Endpoint, server: true in your config somewhere?

All the mix task does is make the server start, when it is not configured to do so anyways.
