And what a brilliant idea - a subsidy for over 40’s to pursue another full time diploma in higher education to not only help them adapt, but because they bring a lifetime’s experience… that can help shape the future generation. Will be interesting to see how that pans out, but the clip is well worth a watch as he summarises things pretty well - which will make you glad we’ve got Nx!
