Job description:
- Build Elixir systems using OTP (GenServers, supervision trees, message passing).
- Contribute to distributed services that scale reliably and recover gracefully.
- Collaborate on architecture and implementation decisions.
- Deliver maintainable, high-performance, observable code for production.
- Drive performance tuning, metrics, tracing, and system observability.
- Work cross-functionally from prototype to production; grow into deeper platform ownership and support peer learning.

Qualifications or experience required:
- Experience with Elixir/OTP, or strong backend/functional programming with keen interest in Elixir.
- Exposure to distributed or high-concurrency systems (e.g., real-time data, stream processing, message passing).
- Understanding of resilience and observability best practices.
- Curiosity-driven problem solving; strong collaboration and communication in fast-moving teams.
