Some love for Ecto

Coming from the Javascript ecosystem I have painstakingly avoided learning SQL for years (leaning on various tools such as Prisma and other ORMs). Since starting with Elixir and Ecto, I feel I am effortlessly learning SQL simply by using Ecto. I love the ergnomics of Ecto and how my queries map (almost) exactly to SQL.

So yeah … just some appreciation for Ecto :yellow_heart:

Yeah, ecto is my favorite sql wrapper that I’ve used. I love how easy it is to compose queries and how well the migrations work.

Yeah really. And coming from ActiveRecord, it’s like a breath of fresh sanity (air).

Also, multitenancy is almost effortless… :slight_smile:
