Welcome to another Sponsor Spotlight …today we’re talking to Erlang Solutions!
Greetings from the Erlang Solutions team across the globe! We sit in London, New York, Krakow, Budapest, and Stockholm and are world leading experts in Erlang & Elixir everything. We use Erlang/OTP & Elixir to develop and build trusted, fault-tolerant systems that can scale to billions of users
You may know us from our global conferences - recently re-imaged as Code Sync, our blog, or our work - we’ve helped some big names adopt Elixir in production! We have over 300 clients in our portfolio - from startups to Fortune 100 companies, and our technical know-how includes on-site/remote consulting, support, architecture/code reviews, training and products such as MongooseIM and WombatOAM.
But enough about us! We’re here for you!
WombatOAM - Everything you need to know about your Elixir system
WombatOAM is an operations and maintenance framework built for Elixir. It provides complete visibility over systems running on the BEAM VM; from proprietary applications to open source ones such as Phoenix.
Not sure how it will plug into your existing system? No worries! WombatOAM works as a stand-alone product or integrated into existing OAM infrastructures. It is easy to install and makes minimal demands on your system resources.
#OpenErlang - celebrating 20 years of open sourced Erlang!
Friends of the BEAM - did you know it has been 20 years since Erlang OTP was open sourced!? Developed by a specialist team at Ericsson Labs, Erlang went on to be adopted by WhatsApp and inspire Jose Valim to create Elixir! From the offices of Pinterest to AdRoll and beyond, Elixir has brought scalability, reliability, and concurrency to the masses.
It’s been a long and eventful two decades, hasn’t it? That’s why we’ve dedicated 2018 to celebrating the achievements of the vibrant community that formed since Erlang OTP was open sourced in 1998. Join our celebrations!
Coming up as a part of #OpenErlang:
Code BEAM STO - 31 May - 01 June 2018 - Stockholm, Sweden
Over the past few years, we’ve noticed that Erlang User Conference has outgrown its name for an event which presents the best and the brightest from the Elixir world too. That’s why, this year, it has been re-branded as Code BEAM STO - a celebration that brings all the BEAM languages together!
Two keynotes have already been announced; Osa Gaius from Mailchimp, and Allison Randal, President of Open Source Initiative. Join them and many more this summer!
Code Elixir - 16 August 2018 - London, UK
Code Elixir is the UK’s biggest Elixir conference. Last year, when the conference was still known as Elixir.LDN, we welcomed keynotes from Elixir creator José Valim as well as Brooklyn Zelenka. We haven’t released any of this year’s lineup yet, but if the previous years are anything to go by, it will not disappoint.
