Sqlite_ecto2 updated for Ecto 2.2

FYI I’ve updated sqlite_ecto2 to target Ecto 2.2.x as of last night.

If you are still using Ecto 2.1, please continue to use sqlite_ecto2 2.0.x.

Sqlite_ecto2 - Sqlite3 adapter for Ecto 2.x

Hi folks, I’m happy to announce the 2.0 release of sqlite_ecto2, which (as the name implies) makes it possible to use Ecto 2.1 with the sqlite embedded database. This is probably most useful in desktop / mobile / IoT deployments. Find it on Hex or GitHub. Please let me know if you find issues or ways to improve the library via the GitHub issues page for this repo. (PRs especially appreciated.)
