When I wrote this suggestion i was thinking more about someone new that wanted to get familiarized with the framework fast.
Also when you are new to a framework or come from another language most of the cases you don’t know what you are looking for so a best practices can be a guide or map of what to expect from that framework in our case phoenix.
I have several posts bookmarked already regarding search and also ts vector.

We have a number of wiki’s with more structured info, however, much of what you are asking may already be available - via search. It’s very likely someone has already asked the same question
