As a Support Engineer, you’ll be embedded within our support team in order fix bugs and improve the experience of our Elixir application.

Salary range: $3500 - $4500
Qualifications or experience required: At least 2 years experience as a developer with expertise in Elixir, LiveView, Python, Javascript, React, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL or other similar technologies.
What the successful job applicant will be working on: Your day-to-day will mostly involve investigating bugs and solving support tickets and collaborating with the broader team. Ideally you will also assist with documentation and assist in robust QA work

Position on remote work

Remote job: Yes, fully remote
Remote restrictions: Ideally candidate would work within the GMT+1 - GMT+3 time zones
Remote leeway: For an excellent candidate, we might consider someone outside of that timezone, provided they were willing to work the relevant hours.
Any other notes about your position on remote work: We’re a fully remote organisation that tends to have at least one annual meetup. In order to assist with remote work, we do also provide a small monthly stiped to contribute toward a co-working space.

About the interview process

  3. Tech challenge where we work together to solve a simulated technical support scenario, for example a client’s ticket about a malfunctioning API
