I was wondering if anyone keeps statistics around Elixir versions?
I see that asdf downloads builds from "https://builds.hex.pm/builds/elixir/${version}.zip" but as elixir is not a ‘package’, I see no way of gleaning usage stats on the hex.pm website.
I think this is important to know in terms of backwards compatibility. e.g., should libraries support Elixir below 1.10?
