VSCode plugin stopped being registered as elixir formatter

At some unknown point VSCode equipped with JakeBecker.elixir-ls started showing

whenever I’m trying to manually click Shift-Alt-F. Could be during updating to Elixir 1.15.4 / OTP 26.

Has anyone found how to fix this?

Switched back to OTP 25, apparently ElixirLS struggles with 26 at some joints.

OTP26 is still broken on windows. A fix is expected in 26.0.3 patch release

I can confirm that ElixirLS works with OTP 26.1 on windows
