What certifications would you recommend

My current employer is offering to pay for almost any IT certification and prep course. What certs do you have and recommend.

edit: Currently I am a full stack dev working with react, angular, rails and java. I have been learning elixir on the side.

You should probably tell us what kind of job You are doing :slight_smile: IT is a large domain.

Yeah sorry, forgot to add what I do at my current position, I updated my question. But I guess I was also looking more for what certs have you taken that you recommend in general and not specifically for myself.

Erlang Solutions has certifications for Erlang and OTP, but not Elixir I’m afraid.

Since you are doing full-stack I would consider SANS (https://www.sans.org/) as well.
