SavvyCal (https://savvycal.com/) is imo the best Calendly competitor out there, and is backed by Elixir running on Fly.io. I think it makes heavy use of LiveView as well.

I’ve built Konbert in Elixir, the UI stuff is all done in Phoenix LiveView. I am also using Plausible for metrics 
I heard they use Elixir at Sketch, but I’m not sure for what exactly.

I’m building my startup using Elixir, Phoenix and LiveView. It’s still early stage, not everything is released it, but we are getting there. It’s a job search platform to match candidates with companies.
