It finally is there. For me it is really nice and the arm support (which is really important for me) is really nice, very soft and nice rubber. The material isn’t exactly what I wanted, but that is on me, as I ordered wrongly. However what come in is really nice in touch. The legs have darker shade of orange than on the renders, which is nice. It also is matte, so it looks really nice. Wheels seems good for the wooden floor I have, but we will see how it will behave in the future as this is 3rd day as the chair is with me, so it is hard to make judgement here.

Sorry for the quality, but right now I do not have better picture.

I forget the exact size, whatever the standard large one is in big box stores. There is actually a lot of flexibility on the final size because you can air up or down as needed. I usually work ~10hrs a day. Before switching, I was finding a normal chair would mess with my leg’s circulation and make my back a bit sore from being so stationary. I can’t speak to “expert” opinions on posture that somehow apply universally, but speaking for myself it helped. The need to stay balanced helps keep in semi-constant motion, I think that is what improved my situation. I like to alternate between flat-footed and slightly squatting. IMO, moving around and just minding to keep the back/neck upright is the key. My desk is just and adjustable shelf, and the monitors are on wall mounts, so I was able to move everything around to find a position that intuitively encourages sitting upright. Sometimes, at the end of a long day, I may be tempted to slouch a bit. At that point, I usually get up for a bit to move around and reset, then sit back down and make it a point not to slouch. In the end, it probably depends on your body build, habits, lifestyle, etc. I’m just happy a dirt cheap solution ended up working out really well for me. It’s a $20 experiment, so what’s there to lose?

I tried this with a normal treadmill (100 euro second hand). My main problem is that I have to find a place to store it when not in use. So there is a lot of setting up and putting it down. As you can see on the video, you need a big enough office to be able to move you chair somewhere else and still have enough place to move around.

I did like the feeling of walking, but typing and walking takes bit getting used to. I’ll try it again today

I had the same set up - I bought a cheap treadmill off Amazon:

As far as treadmills go it is fairly light and fairly manoeuvrable - but it’s still a pain to put in place then pack away, so I used it for about a month and now it is just stored away. I think I might have put up with it but I find walking on treadmills for long periods make my hips ache, and I think this is because when you’re using them it’s an un-natural movement, and that’s on top of what you said yourself about it making it awkward to type so it just didn’t feel worth it.

What I do like tho is using an exercise bike underneath my standing desk - far easier to type and much more enjoyable as you can stop cycling as and when you need to. I’ve got one of these:

I also tried a magnetic one because the one above is not ‘silent’, however I much prefer the one above because you can actually get a great workout with it when you turn the resistance up (so great for Tabata style sessions - though obviously not while under your desk).

I also use a kneeling stool so it’s easy to alternate between them. I haven’t used my bike this year but will get it back out soon.

It seems quite over-priced - you can get a cheap, slim electric one for one tenth of that! Hence my comment about it being a good business idea for someone if they feel they can make them cheaper (which seems very doable). Maybe even selling them as kits or a blueprint?

Try a kneeling stool Ben.. you can change positions on them by going from kneeling to sitting and various positions for each too. I’d never go back to a chair now. Here’s the one I’ve got:
