When it’s ready!
You can track the 1.4 milestone issues on GH. When those become 0, then it’s time for a release. We have completed all the large milestones with the conclusion of the channel transport layer rewrite, so now it’s working thru the smaller issues in the blacklog.

@pillaiindu Meanwhile you can use version 1.4, if you’re following Programming Phoenix ≥ 1.4. I did the same.

No. It means that currently there are two unresolved issues in the 1.4 milestone.
