Best things to do for super elixir web engineer

Hello.

I want to be a good web engineer of elixir. I have learned the basics of phoenix, and some libraries such as guardian. While I develop something with elixir, I often face to an error. It takes much time from me… For preventing the time loss, I need to be familiar with elixir and phoenix, I think.
I’m wondering that reading phoenix source code improves my elixir skill, though I have never read a source code of web frameworks…

So I’d like to hear what you did for learning elixir and phoenix.
