Hi,
I’m building a phoenix application and use Pow and Pow Assent for authentication. Pow assent requires sensitive information like provider ID and SECRET for social auth. GitHub - pow-auth/pow_assent: Multi-provider authentication for your Pow enabled app · GitHub
These values are set via environment variables.

Thanks for nudging me in right direction.
But I found out following things:
To check if secrets or env is being set correctly use flyctl config env
So my final GitHub Action script is
Dockerfile

Thanks for pointing that you. Just have been hacking things using elixir and phoenix. Might have forgotten to update while copying

@xinhash As a side note, is there a specific reason that you are testing with OTP 24.3 and deploying to prod on OTP 25?

I just noticed that you’re deploying to Fly, you can pass
--build-argoptions tofly deploy. If I want to deploy from my local machine, I’ve created adeployshell script that does this for me so I just have to call./deploy. Otherwise Github actions takes care of the rest. Here’s my Github actions, Dockerfile, and deploy scriptmsimonborg
If you do not want to hardcode the values into the Dockerfile but instead want to set them from your environment, then to make them available to the builder try setting the build args at the command line with the
--build-argoption and declaring them in the Dockerfile withARG:
