You set up environments, each with its own tools, its own data and its own limits, and programs get evaluated in them. The same program run in two different environments gets two different sets of capabilities, which turns out to be handy: you can let a model write some code, then check it somewhere it can’t do any damage before you trust it for example.

I’ve rewritten it more or less from scratch since last version.
