Job title: Web/Elixir Engineer
Job description: Lead the development of Felt’s product-led growth systems and help scale the platform to millions of users.
Salary range: Benchmarked against companies at our stage and valuation
Qualifications or experience required:
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong Elixir, React, and database skills
- Comfortable building complex systems integrating product analytics (Amplitude or similar), billing (Stripe or similar), and customer data (HubSpot or similar), and making them fast
- System-level thinker with an eye for detail and feel comfortable collaborating across product, marketing, and sales teams
- Product driven mindset - believe in doing the right thing by the user first
