Fly.io with LiveView, TailwindCSS and HTTPS only

Hi,

I recently moved my blog (still work in progress) to Fly.io. I am using NimblePublish, TailwindCSS and LiveView and only wanted HTTPS traffic. I needed to tweak a few things in the official instructions. I wrote a quick post showing the changes I made. Hopefully, people might find this useful.

Moving to Fly.io

If I have anything wrong, I am happy for feedback.

Andrew
