Issue with searchable for text fields when using Sqlite3

Text filter using Sqlite

When a text field is set to be searchable, live_table is creating a where clause… using ILIKE, which is not support by Sqlite. What would be the best way to be able to modify the query to use LIKE instead of ILIKE?

Anyone have any workaround?
