One-click Phoenix deployments

Hey everyone,

I put together an example Phoenix app that can be one-click deployed to some cloud services, currently to these three:

https://github.com/wojtekmach/phoenix_example

Hope you find this useful. PRs with more “deploy to” buttons would be very appreciated!
