The v0.2.9 release of Erlex contains one change: a refactor of the parser to no longer omit that irritating

This is the last planned release before a v1.0.0 to indicate stability and no intention of major changes. I will drop the v1 update after v0.2.9 has had a chance to cook for a while to make sure we’re good. (This will also allow me to drop support for old Elixirs in the test matrix, greatly simplifying the suite!)
