Every other Phoenix project I start I find myself building some sort of rich text experience, either in LiveView or even switching to a FE framework to have a more modern experience.
So I decided to build Kotoba, a modern rich-text editor for Phoenix built on Lexical that supports:
- text styles
- blocks and code blocks
- tables
- links
- collaboration using LiveView
- theming etc
You can also highlight text selections
Create image galleries and PDF previews
Mention other users or build prompts with suggestions
And have selection/bubble style menus
I pushed hard to get a rich feature set and beautiful default styles. Would love to get your feedback and if you find bugs or have feature requests Issues are open and PRs are welcome.
