At the company I work, we are considering subscribing to one of the LLM providers to help us write some specific code for Elixir (mainly frontend code and unit tests).
But, there are so many different plans/providers that it is kinda confusing to choose which one is best for our needs.
Basically, we want something that is not too expensive (so, a plan like Claude Max is probably out of question) but that will have a reasonable amount of token quota and works well with Elixir code. Having support for Tidewave Web is a plus since it seems like a great product to help with LV frontend code.
Technically the Tidewave Web requirement would limit it to, AFAIK, Claude and Copilot, but I’m not sure if this means that it needs to be a plan from them directly or something like a plan from Cursor or Gemini would work, as both have the Claude model available.
Also, I saw that Gemini models support are probably the next feature that Tidewave will release, so I’m considering them as well even if they are not officially supported right now.
Any suggestions?
