More ecosystem shirts, all official

I just posted about the addition of the Erlang shirt in the Erlang Forum but searching around I realize I haven’t told the forum about our current line-up. So me and my wife run oswag.org. The Open Swag Platform.

We make high-quality shirts with the permission of the projects in question. We currently have:

If you order shirts online you know quality can be highly variable. I’ve tried the fast DTG prints and the CDN-style efficiency of Printful. The shirts are lightweight, at best okay quality and the print dies in the wash quickly.

There are high quality transfer prints. We’ve not had a single shirt returned for a defect.

The shirt blanks are most of the cost. Fair trade, organic cotton. They feel nice, are long enough and they hold up well. I believe my oldest one is 4 years or so in active duty and still great.

You can get more details on the website. We hope that we make more money than we spend on this but fundamentally I just wanted shirts for projects I like because there hadn’t been an Elixir shirt during my entire time with the ecosystem. So I asked if I could make one

Is there a BEAM logo? I can’t just take Björns face..

In my view the Erlang logo is very much the BEAM logo. But might bot do the trick for everyone

Oh I am definitely the logo procurement guy at the moment. I have permission to use the script logo and I’d love to make a run of that but it makes no financial sense and I was more keen to get the current official one. I find the square delightfully retro.

Help me get all these Erlang prints sold. If there is an appetite for more I’ll happily do the script shirt. For good prints the minimum order quantity is 50. And we have a lot to get through first
