SoapServer with WS-Security and x509 v3 support?

Could you please tell does SoapServer implementation exist in Erlang\Elixir ecosystem which support WS-Security and signing\verification data with X.509 v3 certificates?

I need to make a proxy to existing REST API (php based) and evaluate different possibilities.
