MdexMultilineCells is an MDEx plugin enabling multi-line cells in Markdown tables with full
inline/block Markdown rendering and automatic key-column continuation guessing.
It works with both bordered and unbordered tables. Supports “guessing” mode when one column plays the role of a markup (empty ⇒ row continuation,) or an explicit \\, <br>, and whatnot.

P. S. whether you are in a business of generating crap with LLMs and then showing it to the end user, this is your silver bullet. Many LLMs love to generate ASCII tables in the middle of markdown.
