Issues installing Elixir 1.6.5 on Fedora 28

Hi All,

I am trying to install Elixir 1.6.5 on Fedora 28 using the following:

git clone GitHub - elixir-lang/elixir: Elixir is a dynamic, functional language for building scalable and maintainable applications · GitHub
cd elixir
make clean test

It never finishes compiling:

Compiling lib/hash_dict.ex (it’s taking more than 15s)
Compiling lib/hash_set.ex (it’s taking more than 15s)

Erlang is installed:
