Possible to surface the entry that caused DBConnection.EncodeError?
Besides (over)logging every code-path leading to Repo.insert_all, is it possible to make Postgrex and/or ecto_sql log the exact, failing entry (or all entries)?
(DBConnection.EncodeError) Postgrex expected an integer
in -2147483648..2147483647, got <some.float>
