As a Senior Elixir Engineer at Stord, you will drive the evolution of our platform by owning the complete lifecycle of new features-from conception and testing to iterative delivery. You will contribute to and enhance both our robust back-end (Elixir/Phoenix) and engaging front-end (React) services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop effective solutions to complex supply chain challenges, rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch new features. You will join a team of bright and driven individuals passionate about delivering exceptional work and solving a wide spectrum of technical and industry-defining problems.

Qualifications or experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Elixir or other functional programming paradigms
• Solid experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks
• Experience transforming design wireframes into fully functional production features
• Strong belief in test-driven development and collaborative code reviews
• Highly effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to produce clean, dependable, and easily maintainable code
