Company info and history (how you’re using Elixir etc): Curiosum builds digital products end-to-end – from design to product management and software development. We work with worldwide clients, from startups to established companies, mainly in Europe and the US.
Since we put our trust and focus in Elixir, we have created or contributed to around 50 Elixir-centric commercial and open-source projects, and never really looked back. We develop open-source libraries, sponsor groundbreaking frameworks such as Hologram, and contribute to and sponsor conferences such as the ElixirConf EU.

About the interview process
Our hiring process:
No lengthy hoops to jump through. We aim for efficiency:

Initial Interview (30-45 min): Get to know us, learn about Curiosum, and we’ll answer your questions.

Technical Interview (1 hour): Dive into your skills and see if we’re a great match. This can involve specific questions about coding with Elixir and in general, your attitudes in hypothetical engineering situations, and live coding exercises to prove your proficiency.
