Job title: Principal Software Engineer
Job description: Deep full-stack, hands-on experience with Elixir / Phoenix including LiveView, experienced in AI engineering techniques and tools. We care about ownership, judgment, velocity, and outcomes. The right person will have founder-level autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to build core systems that affect real patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners.
Salary range: Competitive salary with benefits
Qualifications or experience required: We are looking for someone who has already operated as a Principal Engineer scope or equivalent, and wants to spend their time writing production code. ***
What the successful job applicant will be working on***: This is not a narrow engineering job, an architecture-only role, or a 40-hour-per-week clock-in, clock-out position. You’ll own day-to-day technical execution, write production code, and help run the show from a software standpoint.
