There are so many very similar UI kits out there but it seems like so many of them focus on the same sets of components and the differences are so minor, there is little beyond workflow preferences. While most of them offer a few different website options, they all seem to be the same (Ecommerce, Dashboard, Marketing).

I was wondering why so few offer a stronger focus on modern application ui or the canvas?

Docking (Toolbars etc.)
Drag and Drop
Asset Libraries or Directory Listing
Animation Keyframe/Timeline
Right Click Context Menu
Node Graph
Multi File Management
Additional input controls (bazier curve picker, color wheels)
Editors/Viewers (PDF, Image/3D, Diagram, etc.)

There was a time where these Rich Web Application frameworks were more common, but since UI kits like bootstrap came about, you are lucky if you get 1 or 2 of them. There are a few with a slightly more application oriented focus (SAP and Microsoft each have a UI Kit and Quasar has 1 or 2 items)

It seems like I spend more time picking a UI kit for a project than it would take to develop the parts needed, tailored for these missing components from the ground up.

Obviously these are more complex than the 80 or so standard ones everyone offers, but do we really need 300 UI Kits that offer the same thing? Seems like the ecosystem would be better served if there was greater emphasis on providing these larger pieces, instead of an overload of choices.

PS. I am not talking about entire working components, with backend code, Just working UI elements, with configurable designs.
