About the job

Job title: Senior Software Engineer
Job description: Your role will be to work within a small team of engineers to launch both major and minor new features, refactor existing features, fix issues, review PRs and help maintain a strong culture of clean architecture, testing, security and reliability. We are also rapidly expanding our data ingestion and automation pipeline, and ideally you can contribute to growth in this area of our business. Everyone on the team has a shared knowledge of devops, so it’s a plus if you feel comfortable as a contributor to help maintain and improve operations, especially with areas like job processing (Oban) and Amazon SES/email reliability. We have a relatively new part of our data processing pipeline written in Go, which you can contribute to as well if desired. The team is fully remote and we coordinate on Slack/Zoom. Engineers do not spend much time in meetings and have a lot of flexibility around scheduling their work.
